AEM Property is a local serviced accommodation company running a small collection of hand-picked apartments across Cardiff, from leafy Pontcanna to Cathays, Roath and the city centre. We are not a faceless agency: every apartment is managed by us, cleaned by our own professional cleaning teams, and set up so you can arrive, drop your bags and feel at home.
Our apartments are built around the people who stay longest: contractors, engineers, consultants, relocating professionals and families visiting the city. That means proper beds, fully equipped kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, space to work and everything you need for a week or a month, not just a night.

How do I check in?
All our apartments have self check-in. You will receive full arrival instructions before your stay.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes. Stays of 4+ nights get 15% off and stays of 28+ nights get 25% off, applied automatically when you book on this website. We are also happy to quote for longer projects.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Just let us know your company details after booking.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Fresh linen, towels and essential toiletries are provided for every stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 1 day before check-in for a full refund. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
